Shwetansh Dhar has been appointed as Official of National T10 Championship Season 2022-23

Mr Shwetansh Dhar has been appointed as Official of National T10 Championship. T10 Cricket Association which has been organising T10 Cricket Tournament to find talented cricket players across India has taken Mr Shwetansh Dhar on board few months back. Now as a official of National T10 Cricket Championship, he will groom new emerging talented cricket players of the team in various aspects of Fitness, stamina building techniques and diet in the forthcoming tournaments. The National T10 Cricket Championship is scheduled to be held in the month of October 2022 in NCR. Ten teams from all over India are going to participate in this prestigious championship. This will be the second edition of the championship and the organisers are leaving now stone unturned to make it a grand success like previous championship. Two major Cricket tournaments are likely to organised in next few months by T10 Cricket Association. The preparations for organising these two tournaments are in full swing The venues, format and calendar for the tournaments will be declared soon by the organising committee of T10 Association.

Mr Dhar is very talented and inspiring person who has been into fitness regime since last many years. He has been guiding and inspiring people from different walks of life about various aspects of fitness including running, diet and stamina building exercises He played a very pivotal role during CORONA -19 to make people realise the role of diet and fitness which led to remarkable and drastic changes in their lifestyle and promoted immunity and fitness.

Mr Dhar leads by example and runs or pedals for 3 to 20 kilometers daily. Cycling and running is now an integral part of his lifestyle. He writes posts and puts pictures on various social media platforms like FB, Instagram and Youtube to inspire a large numbers friends, relatives and general public on different aspects of fitness and health related issues.

He is closely associated with a racing and cycling group Sweat Lovers and takes active participation in various programmes and functions to promote health and fitness regime.
He has been participating in many online and offline events organised by national and international organisations and has won many trophies, medals, awards and laurels from time to time. He has attempted the Guinness World Records for running organised by Virtual Runners ( Germany) on 19 Sept 2021 and came out with flying colours. He is holding International Book of Records which is a World Cycling Record. He has done 100km non-stop cycling by carrying Indian Flag, organized by Indian Flag Runners on 22 Nov 2020.

With his vast experience in fitness and health regime, now he is gearing up to train and make fit all the young talented cricketers of Tamil Nadu Titans for forthcoming T 10 Cricket tournaments. He is confident that boys of the team will come out with flying colours in each and every match.
